I forgot how Han Lun did it last time around,
but i'm sure the experiences are different. =]

We started the journey all hyped up.
I for one couldn't resist snapping up pictures.
Whole bunch of people waiting impatiently behind me when i took this one.
Plane mayhem.
Taiwan's TAOYUAN airport!
Note : My cousin Matthew is uber-cute.
Lemme show you.
On the 1st day, we had the opportunity to catch taiwan's Bullet Train.
This baby can go up to 250kph max speed!
Dad's uber cam skills took this while the train was still moving!

Back to food chomping.
The green bottle's has a GULI inside.
The shops on the street are real nice.
This sells handmade leather.
NOTE : We travelled the whole island on bus.
On long bus trips, tired dudes are bound to sleep.
They're just unlucky when i wake up with a cam.
HEHE.
Mark with my sunglasses. Didn't dare to take them from him.
And i thought he was asleep! Damn.
Sis is blurry.

Grandma still can pose.
Granpa half awake.
Sis and cousin bought some cute musical instruments!
NOTE : I like the fact the you can meet interesting random people anywhere.
We met this 26-year-old girl at a stop at the gas station.
Astonishingly, she was backpacking with a 30+kg backpack across the whole of taiwan!
When we met her, she had already travelled for 65 days.
5 more days and she'd have reached home.
She makes our scout expedition look like jogging in a park.
I really salute her!
Us with Nancy.
Her namecard.
The next day, we headed to SUN MOON LAKE.
group photo.
Kee got scolded by the driver. He blocked her view XD
SUN MOON LAKE. erk red letters.
We stopped at a HUGE farm called FLYING COW RANCH for the day.
Hand feeding goats. See i look so manly.
Unlike squeamish kee right here. PUSSY!
Milking a cow's boobs!
NOTE : After dinner, we had an activity which required pairs to shake a bottle of MILK into BUTTER!
Me and kee tag teamed FTW!

Dad and Mum.
NOTE : I couldn't resist making a fool of myself.
One last pic before we left.
NOTE : We had a good night's sleep before we left. The next day me and my cousin plus dad took a cab to tour taipei for a while.
BEDS! COMFY! SPONGY!
Me and Matthew. I bought KFC cause he didn't eat breakfast.
The President's office in the background.
Taipei's Old Bank.
STARBUCKS!
NOTE : Right before we headed to the airport for our midnight flight, we headed to XI MEN DING.
They say if you haven't been there, you haven't experienced taipei.
XI MEN DING is a haven for teenagers like us, with a multitude of shops and cafes.
XI MEN DING.
This crazy magician made my uncle's 1000 transform into 2 100 bills.
He gave 1 to uncle. Uncle didn't look too happy. XD
This street rapper is THE highlight.
Thoughts:
Taiwan is a sophisticated country, but it doesn't differ much from our own.
Food-wise, it depends on your opinion. Taiwan food doesn't have the diversity of our Malaysian cuisine, but they do make up for in it style. I noticed that many of our restaurant's names come from Taiwan. Copycats.
One thing that really made an impression is Taiwan's laws. The country is UBER clean, with no signs of litter. They DON'T have rubbish bins by the road, and the plastic bags are SOLD, not given. One has to wonder if they can do so much with a little land, why can't WE ?
Taiwanese people are ABSOLUTELY polite! I have no clue where their manners come from, but they are simply too kind. Everywhere you go, even the taxi drivers show concern. It is quite a pleasant place to live in.
DEFINITELY recommended place to visit!
